Tampa attorney Steve Yerrid on CNBC yesterday to talk about BP’s calculated legal strategy, including a look at incoming CEO Bob Dudley’s claim that the company was not grossly negligent, as well as how they’ve been “buying up” oil spill scientific experts.
Steve has been tapped by Florida Governor Charlie Crist to serve as special counsel on oil spill matters.
