Miami attorney Ted Craig interviewed by Quartz.com about the merits of a class-action lawsuit brought by parents who say they bought Welch’s Fruit Snacks because they thought it was a healthy option based on the company’s fruit- and nutrition-filled messaging. The chair of the class-action defense team at Florida-wide law firm GrayRobinson, Craig has successfully defended a number of national and international clients in large product liability lawsuits, including class-actions.
