Fort Lauderdale attorney Scott Schlesinger talks with Forbes about how VW’s attempt to placate angry car owners appears to include language that could make it much harder to successfully sue the car maker. Scott  recently filed a related class-action lawsuit (among the first in the country) on behalf of a Palm Beach County woman.

Scott also talks about this with Miami’s WIOD 610 AM.
