Fort Lauderdale attorney Gary Resnick talks with the Wall Street Journal about the growing controversy around the U.S. of so-called small cell solutions in public right of ways.

Resnick is a member (and former chair of) the FCC’s Intergovernmental Advisory Committee. A former director of law and public policy for one of the nation’s largest cable and broadband companies, Resnick also represents Florida’s Martin County, as well as a handful of cities around Florida, in negotiations and policies regarding such right of way wireless technologies. He’s with Florida-wide law firm GrayRobinson.
