As voters decide today on whether medical marijuana will become legal in Florida, Tampa attorney Richard Blau talks with Jacksonville’s WTLV TV about what passage of (or failure to pass) Amendment 2 means for the Sunshine State – and the burgeoning national medical marijuana industry.
Blau is head of law firm GrayRobinson’s Regulated Products Practice Group, which advises businesses in regulated industries, including Florida’s newly legalized medical marijuana industry.
