Tampa attorney Richard Blau talks with the Tallahassee Democrat about how two lawmakers who made medicinal marijuana legal in Florida are back for another attempt, hoping to expand the Compassionate Medicinal Cannabis Act of 2014 by amending last year’s Right to Try Act to allow terminally ill patients to use full-strength marijuana.
